Vincenzo Lapazzi was an Underboss of the Yakavetta Crime Family. He worked for Guiseppe Yakavetta and followed his every command. He possessed a mutual hatred for David Della Rocco which led to his death.

Lapazzi was assassinated by The Saints who learned from Rocco of his weekly visit to the Sin Bin strip club. The Saints invaded the private room, killing Vincenzo Lapazzi, along with the two other men in the separate booths.
